Core Accountabilities
- To establish TPN as a key participant and partner in client’s business
- Maintains a thorough and current understanding of assigned client’s business and industry
- Establishes personal and agency credibility and respect while developing strong business relationships
- Able to manage multiple Client brands while supporting internal teams
- Responsible for fostering strong team dynamic both within the agency and with senior interagency partners
- Provides guidance to Account Supervisors in key strategic client deliverables and cross-agency planning workstreams.
- Financial
- Builds and helps negotiate client fees and retainers
- Monitors and manages financial performance of overall accounts
- Provides financial forecasting to senior leadership monthly
- Responsible for client business planning by providing relevant key insights, strategic thinking and leadership related to all aspects of the business
- Has a thorough understanding of omni-channel tools and technologies relevant to client’s business, including but not limited to traditional in-store POS and print, retailer media and search, commerce media third-party partners, and other retail technologies.
- Understands the roles that different media, platforms and technologies play in marketing
- Able to identify opportunities to deepen the client relationship generally and as it relates to technology, digital commerce, retailer media and other forms of digital-based marketing
- Works with direct reports to develop and execute all major client presentations, project, and annual planning workstreams
- Reviews/optimizes all presentations prepared by direct reports

- Responsible for overall account performance, working with clients to understand agency role and performance requirements

- Orchestrates high-level workflow inclusive of key internal teams to deliver against strategic projects and presentations across all accounts
- Conducts client feedback check points and appropriate formal reviews
- Keeps Senior Management and team abreast of performance (i.e.: client input, areas of improvement) and workload.
- Leads effort, with team support, on thought leadership outside of agency required workload
- Leads integrated team efforts collaboratively with all function leads: creative, strategy, planning, retail media & ecommerce, project management, and account

Requirements
- Years Experience: 10–12 years working in agency; or currently holds GAD position
- Education: Four-Year Degree (preferred, but not required)
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
