Job Title: Groundskeeper

Summary: The Groundskeeper will ensure the community's exterior meets company standards by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Clean and maintain outdoor amenities and common areas.
• Inspect and repair irrigation systems as needed.
• Remove debris and litter to uphold community standards.
• Assist in seasonal preparations and snow removal.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
