Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Operate power equipment related to landscaping and gardening.

Basic methods, supplies, and tools used in cultivating and caring for grounds.

Perform general gardening and grounds work.

Operate automatic sprinkling system clocks.

Ability to operate chainsaws in the removal of trees and shrubs

Must be able to effectively operate a Windows-based computer and navigate Microsoft Office Suite

Sit/Stand/Walk for extended periods of time.

Lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Requirements:

Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ

Must sign the Statement of Faith

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.

Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.

Maintain a valid State of Colorado drivers license.

Must pass a background check

Experience:

Any combination of experience and education that would provide the required knowledge and abilities listed herein.

One year in grounds work.

Compensation is commensurate with experience
