Job Title: Groundskeeper/Porter/Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of property grounds.
• Assist with trash removal and recycling efforts.
• Support the team in preparing units for new residents.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in maintenance or housekeeping preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
