Groundskeeper/Landscaper - The Gatesworth

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Position Overview
The Gatesworth is seeking a Property Groundskeeper to maintain the beauty and functionality of our resort-style campus. From planting vibrant flowers to ensuring clean, well-lit walkways, your attention to detail will enhance the serene outdoor experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the pristine appearance of the grounds, including entrances, courtyards, parking lots, and fencing areas.
• Clean and clear the garage of leaves and debris.
• Remove leaves from landscaping and shrubs and report any dead plants or shrubs.
• Plant seasonal flowers and ensure proper care of landscaping.
• Perform routine checks and minor repairs for irrigation systems, fountains, and ponds.
• Maintain and inspect gutters, bird guards, and vent screens.
• Assist with HVAC maintenance, including condenser washing and filter changes.
• Replace light bulbs in outdoor areas such as sidewalks, entrances, and canopies.
• Keep sidewalks and parking areas clean and tidy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to communicate effectively, as this role involves regular interaction with residents.
• Reliable transportation is required.
