We are currenting looking for Grounds Technicians and Grounds Workers.
As a Ground Technician, you will take on more a specialized role in managing outdoor maintenance tasks, including operating equipment and handling more technical aspects of grounds care.
As a Grounds Worker, you will support the grounds maintenance team by performing general landscaping duties.

Key Responsibilities:
For Grounds Technicians:
- Operate and maintain a variety of grounds equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery.
- Perform specialized tasks such as irrigation system maintenance, pest control, and fertilization.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers safely and according to established guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments of grounds to identify maintenance needs and address issues related to soil health, plant health, and overall appearance.
For Grounds Workers:
- Perform general landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf blowing.
- Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, trees, and grass areas.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as mulching, weeding, and cleaning up outdoor spaces.
- Maintain and clean outdoor structures like fences, walkways, and parking areas.
- Remove trash and debris from outdoor areas to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment.
Qualifications:
For Grounds Technicians:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or related technical field.
- Knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment and techniques, including irrigation, pest control, and fertilization.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot grounds-related issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Salary
12 - 18 /hour
