Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities:

• Mow grass and maintain lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
• Plow snow during winter months to ensure safe access.
• Water lawns and fertilize as needed for healthy growth.
• Trim shrubs and tend to flower beds for aesthetic appeal.
• Regularly inspect assigned areas to uphold maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
