DRV Construction is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform the full range of grounds maintenance duties; mow, edge, trim and rake lawns: plant, cultivate and water lawns, trees, shrubs and flowers: spray herbicide to control weeds; weed fence lines, wall bases, planters and flower beds
- Operate a variety of power and hand tools and light motorized equipment including trucks, mowers, edgers, weed eaters, sprayers, trimmers, chain saws, blowers and others.
- Perform routine maintenance on a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as oil changes, lubrication, sharpen and balance mower blades, replace filters, belts and cables as necessary.
- Related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full range of landscaping duties
- Knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools
- Valid Virginia driver's license
