RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a pipeline of new and renewal business accounts, ensuring efficient progression and follow-ups.
- Partner with Sales and Renewal teams to collect necessary documents and complete all carrier submission forms.
- Submit accounts to carriers, track pending quotes, and respond to underwriting inquiries.
- Review quotes, address discrepancies with underwriters, and provide recommendations for ideal carrier selection.
- Prepare and send customer proposals and finalized documents for signatures.
- Collaborate with the account servicing team to ensure accurate account entry into the Agency Management System.
- Perform general tasks as required by management to support operations.
- Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience with Commercial Lines Workers Compensation and program underwriting is beneficial.
- Effectively communicate with brokers, underwriters, customers, and sales representatives while documenting all correspondence in CRM and agency management systems.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with flexibility to meet organizational needs.
- Hold a NJ Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License; familiarity with Agency Management Systems and carrier websites is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
