We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ground C2 Systems SME to join our team!

Responsibilities:
· Design test architectures that support integrating multiple ground C2 systems for contribution to a common operational picture.
· Set-up, configure, operate, and maintain ground C2 applications such as JTCW, TCS, GCCS, TSOA, CHE, CDN, JBC-P, or MCH.
· Provide technical input to network architecture and system application during integration meetings as required to support connectivity and readiness in support of test and engineering events.
· Integrate ground C2 applications data exchanges with aviation C2 systems for a common operational picture.
· Troubleshoot ground C2 systems, the common operational picture, and associated networks as required to support the objectives for a test or evaluation event.
· Administer both Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware ESXi, and Android based systems by ensuring that the most up-to-date version of the software is being used in accordance with the application Authority to Operate (ATO) and program office directives and downloading any appropriate patch necessary for full functionality.
· Configure virtualized server computing environment as required.
· Provide Ground C2 Marine Corps operational expertise during planning and execution of test and engineering events.
· Review and provide written feedback on technical and test documentation.
· Provide technical and operational feedback during test and engineering events, to include integration and interoperability recommendations.
· Provide on-site operations and training support.
· Provide troubleshooting and document resolution for issues encountered during FMF operations, system integration, test preparation and execution, engineering, and training efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum Position Requirements:
- Four years’ experience in operating, administering, training, or testing Ground C2 systems such as Joint Tactical Common Operational Picture (COP) Workstation (JTCW), Tactical COP Server (TCS), Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Tactical Service Oriented Architecture (TSOA), Common Hosting Environment (CHE), Combat Data Network (CDN), Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P), or MAGTF Common Handheld (MCH).
Desired Position Qualifications:
- Experience administering VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
