Comp: 0-5 years experience - $210,000 +$8,000 quality bonus

>5 years experience - $225,000 +$8,000 quality bonus

7 weeks PTO + a $90K sign-on bonus (3/yr commitment) 

Case Mix includes: Ortho, GYN, Eyes
