Graphic Designer - Temporary Part-Time - Position and Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer with Middough, you will serve as an integral part of our corporate marketing team assisting with the design and development of marketing and communications materials for internal and external purposes, maintaining brand guidelines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Collaborate with Marketing and other internal team members on design and content required for new and revised marketing materials.
• Review content for grammar, spelling, brand messaging, style guidelines, brand consistency, and voice and provide and suggest content edits for a variety of marketing materials and channels, which may include:
  • Social media
  • Website copy
  • Internal announcements
  • Posters
  • Presentations
  • Brochures and handouts
  • Proposal documents
  • Corporate communications documents
  • Advertisements
  • Marketing procedures

Education, Experience and Skills

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or digital media & design.
• 3-5 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite products, InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop as well as Microsoft Office products.
• Mid- to expert-level marketing design experience
• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization practices
• Ability to learn new technology efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High proficiency using Microsoft products for Teams, Excel, Project, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized for effective project planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Noise levels may be moderate to high at various client sites, hearing protection may be required and/or provided. Safety protections to be provided by the client and/or company and are required to be used and followed.
• May require occasional car or air travel to other company locations or client sites.
• This position requires the candidate/employee to possess and maintain a valid driver's license in their state of residence.
