Job Summary
We're looking for a creative and visually inspiring Graphic Designer to craft engaging visuals for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and supporting our marketing efforts through compelling design. If you're passionate about design, possess strong organizational skills, and can translate brand strategy into compelling visuals, this may be the perfect role for you. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners, become an expert on the life science target audience segment, and join a team making a real impact.
Position open for remote work in central or eastern time zones excluding New Jersey and New York.
Key Duties
· Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, tradeshows, and product launches.
· Develop visually appealing graphics for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations that capture the audience’s attention and drive engagement.
· Create brochures, flyers, product datasheets, infographics, and other marketing collateral that effectively communicate our products and services.
· Collaborate with the product managers and commercial team to design materials that support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement.
· Support the creation of multimedia content, including video graphics and animations.
· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
· Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
· Continuously evolve and refine the brand’s visual style to keep it fresh and relevant.
· Coordinate with external vendors and printers as necessary to produce high-quality printed materials.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree required
· 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the life sciences or biotech industry. Similar industry experience highly preferred.
· Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, AfterEffects, PowerPoint).
· Prior experience working in WordPress and HubSpot is ideal
· Experience translating complex information into clear and engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
· Strong understanding of visual trends and ability to apply them to create innovative designs.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external teams.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual experiences.
· Experience in video editing and animation preferred.
· Knowledge of web design and user experience (UX) principles preferred.
· Proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred.
· Familiarity with life science industry trends and terminology preferred.
