About the Job
The Graphic Designer works with Associate Creative Directors and other design professionals, copywriters, account managers, and production management to create and/or modify layouts for packaging, sell sheets, brochures, promotions, advertisements, and a wide range of other marketing materials. Using Creative Services tools and best practices — including brand and style guides, file management policies, quality control policies, and project management tools — the Graphic Designer will execute projects from inception through final layout and preflight.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create new and/or edit existing (as needed) marketing materials based on input from Product Managers, Writers, Proofreaders, and Design Team, and preflight those materials
• Work with Packaging Designer to create and/or edit product packaging according to proper specifications. Experience with package design is required.
• Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors, writers, and other design professionals on finding visual solutions to communication challenges
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of print and digital collateral
• Utilize appropriate brand guidelines (including typography, color, and other design elements) to ensure brand consistency and differentiation
• Create mock-ups for presentations and conceptual pitches
