We are seeking an experienced Graphic Brand Designer to join our Outdoor Performance Marketing team. The Outdoor Performance Platform priorities are to be consumer-first, to lead with our power brands, and to invest in the portfolio. Our marketing team will create consumer demand through smart brand & product promotion, best in class content & creative services, insight-driven shopper experiences, and focused channel activation.
The Graphic Brand Designer will be responsible for the direction and execution of creative assets across the sales, product, and marketing channels. In this role, you will work closely with Brand Communications, Product Marketing, Digital Content and Creative Services Director, and Sales teams to deliver finished assets to populate the company channels. This role will work to elevate visual representation, digital channels, and retail channels. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, this role will help drive the evolution of brand presence. This role will also help refine internal processes and systems to improve the creative workflow.
This position reports to the Digital Content & Creative Services Director and is based out of Logan, UT or Bozeman, MT.
As the Graphic Brand Designer, you will have an opportunity to:
+ Develop and execute assets that align with the brand guidelines, brand direction, and seasonal direction.
+ Responsible for maintaining consistency of all assets and how the brand is represented.
+ Participate in creative brief development with other marketing team members and other functions
+ Contribute to the development of campaign and seasonal visual identities driven by the go-to-market process.
+ Recognize creative trends to continue to evolve the creative look/feel across all channels.
+ Support the marketing teams with asset needs, including print ads, digital workbooks, catalogs, and packaging design.
+ Support the retail marketing channel as needed with in-store POP, graphics, signage, or other needs related to the wholesale channel.
+ Manage time, accuracy, and detail efficiently.
+ Manage and organize digital assets, both internally and externally.
+ Work in partnership with external creative resources to build cohesive asset suites.
You have:
+ 3+ years of related experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
+ Portfolio showcasing previous design work that have been executed across channels
+ Proficient in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
+ Competent developing motion assets such as GIF, motion graphics/animations using After Effects, Procreate, or other tools is a plus.
+ Understanding of consumer trends and content trends
+ Flexibility and adaptability to work with changing priorities, evolving responsibilities, and scope of work in a rapidly growing company
+ Ability to take constructive feedback.
+ Creativity, adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
+ Experience with and a passion for the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $54,000.00 - $80,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
