Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Newport Beach. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will play an integral role in creating visually engaging and brand-consistent assets for digital and print platforms. This role involves developing high-quality, on-brand graphics and final assets that connect with our target audience and enhance our brand’s reach. Key Responsibilities:
Design Production: Create and deliver high-quality digital and print designs, including website graphics, in-office materials, advertisements, email marketing visuals, and presentations.
Brand Guidelines Adherence: Work closely with the marketing team to adapt and maintain brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand identity.
Collaborative Concepting: Partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop impactful visuals for campaigns, events, and product launch.
Production Preparation: Prepare final files for production, ensuring they are high-quality and meet technical specifications for various media.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from internal teams to refine designs, balancing creative integrity with project goals.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a Graphic Design role, preferably within the aesthetics or beauty industry, with a strong portfolio that showcases versatility across digital and print projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; experience with Figma or Canva is a plus.
Design Expertise: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Familiarity with UX/UI design and basic web development knowledge is beneficial.
Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners. Ability to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions aligned with project goals.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: Competitive; $70k–$80k/year, commensurate with experience.
