To design and produce all business collateral and marketing materials in a range of formats - digital, print and promotional.
Salary - £30,000 - £34,000
- Research, prepare and gather materials/ideas for creative design
- Plan design concepts from design or project briefs
- Amend, adapt and edit artwork following stakeholder feedback and amends
- Create artwork for all marketing and business collateral using Adobe design software (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Create business templates for key CHDA stakeholders
- Prepare final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art - ensuring it is print ready or accessible in any other format
- Liaise with print contractor
- Advise internal stakeholders on design and creative approaches
- Maintain an excellent approach to the quality and consistency of artwork
- Ensure compliance with wider MAXIMUS standards and procedures (brand guidelines)
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and adhere to approvals processes for external communications.
- Work with colleagues across other MAXIMUS UK businesses to ensure consistency of messaging in all formats
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Communications and Marketing Manager
Essential
- Graphic design qualification or relevant experience
- Solid experience of using Adobe Creative Suite applications (Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Excellent understanding of print and projection of images
- Excellent Creative design ability
- Extensive experience of content creation
- Understanding of maintaining and strengthening a corporate brand
- Ability to train others in use or manipulation of artwork
- Eye for creative document and presentation layout
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Desirable
- Knowledge of other artwork design packages
- Copywriting/Proof reading skills
- Proven time management ability to exercise flexibility and judgment.
- Experience working with Drupel
