Graphic Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer/Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at a popular restaurant. This individual will be responsible for designing engaging visual content, managing online marketing efforts, and enhancing the restaurant’s digital presence to drive customer engagement and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to align with marketing objectives.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and ads for events, seasonal promotions, and menu changes.
Track and analyze digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to align marketing efforts with overall brand and operational goals.
Maintain and update the website with the latest menu offerings, events, and promotions.
Stay current with digital design trends, social media best practices, and online marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and online marketing strategies.
Experience with website management and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a strong creative vision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing needs and restaurant priorities.
