We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join the RS&H Graphics Design team in the Denver, CO office.
As part of the Graphics Design team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by partnering with senior management to plan, manage, and coordinate design and visualization projects; working with teams and leaders across the firm to develop design and visual elements for proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, conference collateral, booth and banner design, web/multimedia graphics development large, complex assignments; leading and assigning graphics and visual element development; coordinating with subconsultants and vendors; leading partnership efforts with project, pursuit, business development, and/or communications and marketing teams to recommend, develop, and produce creative solutions and compelling graphics and visual elements; serving as a trusted advisor and partner to help guide design choices that follow the firm’s style guide, brand standards, and production expectations; developing advanced presentations and complex collateral for special events; planning schedule and timelines, delegating work to others, and ensuring deadlines are met; and managing large, complex assignments requiring coordination among multiple levels of the firm, program, or department, ensuring all assignments and deliverables of team are within brand standards; and coaching, mentoring, and training junior specialists. This position may also identify, evaluate, and assist senior management in contracting with vendors for significant marketing initiatives of the firm; implement quality control processes for the team to ensures visual components of the firm remain up to date; lead proposal kick-off meetings; and manage a small team.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have a bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, 3D visualization or related field and 10 years progressively responsible creative services experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Be proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite and have advanced proficiency in desktop publishing, or other web/graphic/video design and editing software.
- Possess strong attention to detail, commitment to follow through, and ability to work independently following general direction and oversight from leadership.
- Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, set priorities, and manage multiple projects and assignments.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Monday.com or similar online production management tools.
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
- Strong proficiency developing PowerPoint presentations including strong knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple graphics tasks at varying phases simultaneously.
- Able to work in a team environment and train others.
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment.
- Demonstrated high level of creativity in using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to enhance communication, with confidence to present and brainstorm creative ideas with technical teams.
- Available for occasional travel.
- Must submit a portfolio to be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in the AEC industry.
- Experience with CEROS
- Experience with After Effects and Premiere

The typical salary range for this position in Denver is $94,385-$151,038 and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
