Graphic Designer - ARM Creative

ARM Creative is currently seeking a graphic designer.

Qualified candidates will be proficient in the core programs of the Adobe Creative Suite - specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. 2-3 years of commercial experience - freelance or agency - preferred, but not a deal killer.

As a graphic designer at ARM, the position will be full-time and salaried. The graphic designer will support and report to the Art Director to create creative solutions; solutions that advance the success of our clients’ brands which, in turn, will grow ARM Creative.

Specific job functions of this position include:

• Creating, editing, and resizing existing creative
• Creating/concepting new creative under the direction of the Art Director and Account Manager
• Design/concept/creation of original artwork subject to the direction/approval of the Art Director
• Participating/contributing in brainstorming sessions
• Vendor coordination with printers, photographers, etc
• Staying current on design trends and techniques
• Other ARM Creative-related duties as assigned

• Motivated to continuously learn and improve
• Willingness to go the distance to get things done on time—working nights and weekends if needed
• Punctual—be present and ready to work every day per the schedule agreed upon by the manager
• Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or other related degree preferred but not required
• Must be able to work onsite in our Anchorage, AK or Bellevue, WA office
