We are looking for an entrepreneurial Graphic Designer to join our team!

Qualifications

We seek a passionate Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing layout skills and the ability to visualize complex ideas. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends is essential, along with a knack for understanding content and messaging. Creative individuals who can produce innovative deliverables like pitch decks and branding materials will thrive in this role.

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

• Design collateral and content aligned with our branding.
• Layout and design research books, pitch decks, and proposals.
• Create graphics for social media and email campaigns.
• Draft wireframes for our UX designer.
• Stay organized and meet project deadlines.
• Focus on client objectives in each project.
• Produce engaging effects and Photoshop GIFs.

Required Skills

• Associate degree in Graphic Design or higher.
• Strong online portfolio or project examples.
• 5-7 years of design experience in-house or at an agency.
• Proficient in MAC software.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, XD, Sketch, Photoshop) and familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
• Creative with a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptable to a flexible, predominantly in-person work culture.
• Experience creating compelling social media ads.
