We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a Graphic Design Specialist with a creative mindset and a strong attention to detail.

Note: This role is onsite Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Hybrid / remote option not available.

Primary Purpose:

The Graphic Design Specialist is a valuable team member within Marketing and provides high quality graphics and design work both internally and externally. The Graphic Design Specialist is a unique role that supports the daily creative functions of the Marketing Team at FNA Group. This individual plays a vital role in capturing the voice, tone, and style of each FNA brand and its affiliates; not to mention, you will enjoy seeing your work featured in retail stores and throughout omni-channel websites.

Job Description:

• Work within the creative team for strategic implementation of artwork and designs to increase brand awareness, conversations and overall revenue.
• Design, create and manage to completion all corporate collateral to include packaging and labels, catalogs, presentation support, product marketing collateral, product web assets, photography, infographics and web page graphics.
• Work cross-functionally within the Marketing Team units as well as Sales, Product and Engineering teams to execute the day-to-day delivery of the above-mentioned marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with partners and retailers, producing creative assets for branded websites, online listings, and print advertising.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Creative, Advertising or Graphic Design / Visual Communications, ideally within consumer goods.
• Proficient skills required in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as other Adobe products.
• Passion for marketing.

Education/Certification:

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

College degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or Digital Communications (or equivalent work experience as listed above).
