Graphic Artist - Apex Systems

Photoshop SME NEEDED

Contract: 6 months with possible extension working on W2

Hybrid: Two days in Sunnyvale, California

Must submit a portfolio with updated work to be considered

Responsibilities:

• Mastering shadows and lighting to create visually appealing and realistic banners.
• Designing a variety of banners, considering different types and styles to fit various needs.
• Collaborating closely with product managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Navigating Figma for initial drafts and layouts, with the primary design work done in Photoshop.
• Ensuring all work is up-to-date with recent Photoshop versions (2021-2024), with a current preference for Photoshop 2024.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Photoshop.
• Proficiency in understanding and applying shadow and lighting effects.
• Strong skills in creating diverse and high-quality banners.
• Experience working within Figma for navigation and layout purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with product managers and other team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Recent experience with Photoshop versions 2021-2024, ideally currently using Photoshop 2024.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
