Summary
The Graphic Account Coordinator is responsible for performing administration and graphic coordination working alongside other Graphic Account Management team members and clients.
This position will support our Graphic Account Management group under our Growth (Sales) team and is eligible to work a remote schedule. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
+ Chicago, IL
+ Las Vegas, NV
+ New York, NY
+ Boston, MA
+ Anaheim, CA
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Works with Client Solutions and Graphic Account Management team members on all graphic requirements
+ Assist with graphics in relation to customers, growth, design, and detailing departments
+ Assists with achieving graphic requirement deadlines for optimum production lead time
+ Assists in process of creating managing designs, layout artwork, samples and/or finished layouts for the GAM and account team.
+ Creates and manages manifest for production tracking on all graphics
Education & Experience
REQUIRED
+ High School Diploma, Associates Degree or two years related experience in graphic production
+ Excellent customer service and organizational skills
+ Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Multi-task requirements for multiple customers at a time
+ Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications
+ Skills in using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
PREFFERED
+ Understanding of grand format printing and special event graphics production
+ Understanding of graphic production process in order to recommend correct materials for specific applications
