GRANTS REVENUE MANAGER - HYBRID in DC - 120K
Our client, a well-known non-profit organization in Washington, DC is seeking to hire a Grants Revenue Manager to their team! This position will report to the Controller and help review/prepare financial components of grant proposals for both US and international programs! This position will be hybrid with a 2 days in the office, and the remaining days WFH as the company provides employees with flexibility too!

As a Grants Revenue Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
- Manage the organization’s portfolio of grants, contracts, and gifts, including their financial, reporting, and stewardship components.
- Ensure all new awards are set up correctly in the grants management system and notify all stakeholders the pertinent details of the grants
- Track grant and contract deliverables to ensure organizational compliance
- Provide financial reporting to the donor and internal customers
- Provide effective grants management support to GMF’s Civil Society programs
- Track USAID grant budget, obligations, periodic modifications, and actual expenses, and provide timely financial reports to the Civil Society programs
- Ensure compliance with US Federal sub-recipient monitoring rules
- Perform and direct revenue recognition procedures including invoicing and receivables
- Ensure timely booking of revenue for portfolio of grants and contracts
- Follow-up with programs about achievement of milestones and the related donor billing
Desired Qualifications of the Grants Revenue Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field.
- 5+years grant management experience with US government issued grants, cooperative agreements, foundations, private and endowment funding
- US federal grant management experience required
- Experience with Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement (NICRA)
- Working knowledge of US government federal regulations regarding fiscal management of federal funds such as OMB 2 CFR Part 200, Federal Acquisition Regulations; USAID Acquisition Regulations
