About the Job
- Responsible for oversight of compliance for federal and non-federal grant awards
- Manage grant activities, budget and subrecipients, filing reports, and ensuring compliance regulations are met
- Cross-collaborate with other departments and external organizations
- Opportunity to work with Director of Finance and enable increase in overall Grants revenue for the association
- Assist with additional accounting or grants-related duties
- Work hybrid in Washington, D.C.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5 to 7 years of federal and non-federal grants/grants awards management
- Knowledge and understanding of federal government grant regulations
- Strong budget development and management skills
- Strong attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
