About the Job
Our Non-Profit client in the Boston area is seeking a Direct Hire Grants Associate to join their team. This individual will support the team with project management and grant funding initiatives.
Applicants must be local and able to be in-office 3 days a week in Boston on a hybrid schedule for consideration.
Salary: $80k-95k* (DOE)
*these salary numbers are not guaranteed, and consider experience level, qualifications, and internal equity – potential offer may be outside of this range
Responsibilities:
• Research policies and topics as requested
• Track, manage and report on current and prospective grants
• Assist with community engagement techniques and content creation
• Prepare and manage data and help with special administrative projects
• Coordinate general office and calendar management requests
• Prepare and review materials for meetings, events, contracts, special projects, etc.
• Process department financials and event logistics
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of relevant experience in program management and grants
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel and Word
