SUMMARY
This position is responsible for reviewing and auditing reporting
submitted on state funded grant applications. The position requires you
to communicate with grant applicants by email and phone, requesting
required documentation to verify information submitted in reports. This
position is also responsible for asking grant applicants for appropriate
follow up documentation when needed through both email and phone
conversations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review data on applications from providers, confirm details of
documents, complete simple math including addition, subtraction,
multiplication, and division to calculate reported wages, search the
website to confirm details.
- Communicate with applicants both by phone and email.
- Update notes in internal system for others to be able to understand
where applicant is in the audit process.
- Review expenses and quarterly reporting that are provided by
applicants, figure amounts reported to ensure programs meet grant
requirements.
- Reconcile of expense documentation in our data tracking system.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred 2-4 years of prior related office experience preferred.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and maintains a high level of
accuracy
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to understand and perform basic math formulas required.
- Ability to navigate the internet.
- Ability to navigate internal data computer system, DTP (Data
Tracking Program)
SUPERVISORY DUITES
This position has no supervisory duties.
EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE REQUIRED
MS Office Suite and DTP
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Any additional
language skills are a plus.
