Position Highlights:

• Location: Caledonia, IL
• 2MM BU Container/Hopper Facility
• Competitive Compensation: $20-$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee 2-4 employees
• Manage quality assurance
• Truck loading/unloading
• Light maintenance
• Support location manager

Requirements:

• 3-5 years grain operations experience
• Leadership skills preferred
• Strong operational knowledge

Schedule:

• 7AM-4PM, Monday-Friday
• Additional harvest season shifts
