Job Description Summary

This position reports to the Director of Administrative Operations in the Executive Education Division at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate is someone who has excellent analytical skills, judgment, initiative, and can communicate thoughtfully with Wharton Executive Education staff and School partners, facility partners, and technology partners. This person should have an interest in synthesizing and analyzing large amounts of data and preparing professional and accurate reports. Ease with using technology. Comfortable with uncertainty and a fast-changing environment. Given the sometimes sensitive nature of policy and strategy discussions, discretion and judgment are essential





Job Description


The primary areas of focus for this position will be: 1) responsible for the analysis and reporting of data in support of the Operations Team; 2) organize and coordinate logistics for meetings; 3) set up and track program evaluations, 4) enter data necessary to communicate logistical requirements for programs; 5) cover Exec Ed’s front office, responding to inquiries and directing guests; 6) p erform other duties as assigned.
