Position: Graduate Practical Nurse - $5000 Sign On Bonus

New Graduate Nurse at NHC Milan

EXPECTATIONS:

• The graduate practical nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) will begin working by training with licensed floor nurses for a 5 week time frame after graduation.
• During this training time, the graduate nurse is required to complete a competency checklist.
• The graduate nurse will schedule and take NCLEX-PN/RN
• During training, the graduate nurse is to report to the licensed nurse on the floor/nurse managers.
• After passing NCLEX-PN/RN the nurse will assume the role outlined below.
