We are now in search of recently graduated Engineers to join us as part of our International Graduate Engineers Program.

In the context of this new two-year program, you will contribute, thanks to several assignments in different sites internationally, to the continuous improvement of our operations in the electrometallurgy sector in an exciting industrial environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve the safety, efficiency, quality and overall performance of our business.
You will participate in the daily operational management of the activity within a human-sized team at the heart of a dynamic production plant and particularly through the role of a Production Process Engineer or Maintenance Engineer.
At the same time, you will be integrated to a technical project team dedicated to the development of innovative solutions (processes, installations, etc.)
You will be required to travel internationally regularly.
What kind of profile are we seeking for in this program?
- You hold a recent (2022/2023/2024) Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mining, or equivalent) from a prestigious university
- You may have had a first successful experience in an industrial environment (internship, work-study, graduate program)
- You prefer working within a team with a sense of customer service and you have good listening and communication skills
- You are rigorous and analytical, you are also curious, transparent and proactive and you love to find innovative solutions to solve technical problems
- In addition to Spanish, you really speak English fluently, possibly French as well, have traveled internationally before and see yourself as fully mobile and not tied to any particular geography or location
- You meet requirements to work in the EU
