Position
The Graduate Architect is responsible for the development of aesthetic appearance, building layout, building envelope, and interior finish systems for construction projects. Working closely with the architects, the Graduate Architect will assist in developing solutions for concept, planning, design, or implementation challenges. They perform project support including design calculations, drafting and plan design, report preparation, and field work.

Responsibilities
- Perform a various assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects or selected segments of a larger project.
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and other documents related to the architectural design.
- Produce architectural designs with architects/designers using architectural software including Revit and AutoCAD.
- Perform design layouts and features, including researching, compiling, documenting, and recording information for projects.
- Participate in project design and concept development
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate project delivery
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture or Masters of Architecture Degree from a NAAB Accredited School.
- 3+ years' relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Creative problem solver with ability to clearly communicate design ideas.
- Ability to self-manage tasks from beginning to end with minimal oversight.
- Strong organization and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working in technical project teams and with other service groups.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, with occasional overnight travel.
