Grade & Pave Project Manager - Now CFO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grade & Pave Project Manager to join our client's team in the Asphalt industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating specific projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and related communication materials.
- Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Estimate and allocate resources required for project success.
- Prepare budget proposals and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Manage and align project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
- Identify and address project-related issues and conflicts.
- Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Create and manage project timelines and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables.
- Provide regular progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Analyze project team status reports, troubleshoot problem areas, and make necessary adjustments.
- Proactively handle project scope changes and develop contingency plans.
- Establish and communicate project success criteria to all involved parties.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
- Must have strong background in Asphalt or Grade and Paving.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in project management in a construction or related industry.
