Estate Planning Attorney
Our client is a highly respected law firm that excels in providing top-tier estate planning services to its clients. The firm is currently seeking a skilled and driven Estate Planning Attorney to join their Virginia team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a passion for estate planning to further their career in a client-focused and collaborative legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Conduct consultations with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans that align with their goals and needs.
- Provide legal advice on tax strategies, asset protection, and wealth management.
- Work closely with senior attorneys to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and outcomes.
- Maintain strong client relationships and build trust through clear communication and expert legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of estate planning experience.
- Must be licensed with Virginia State Bar, in good standing
- Residency or willingness to relocate to Richmond, Virginia area.
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload and work directly with clients.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a small firm environment.
