Availability: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Reports To: FOH Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary:

Chick-fil-A Glenwood is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Front-of-House (FOH) Opening Team Members to join our team! This position is ideal for early risers who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As part of the opening crew, you will help prepare the restaurant for daily operations and ensure the highest standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Opening Preparation:
• Arrive promptly at 5:00 AM to prepare the FOH area for service.
• Set up the Icedream machine and ensure it's clean and ready for use.
• Brew fresh coffee and ensure the beverage station is fully stocked and ready.
• Take inventory of FOH supplies (cups, lids, condiments, etc.) and restock as needed.
• Ensure all stations are organized and stocked before opening hours.
• Greet customers warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Customer Service:
• Engage with guests through smiling, eye contact, and creating emotional connections.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide friendly and prompt service to every guest.
• Team Support:
• Work alongside fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the FOH area throughout the day.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
