Make a difference as a Golf Course Groundskeeper

As a Golf Course Groundskeeper at the City of Pharr, your role encompasses a variety of essential tasks that ensure our golf course remains pristine and inviting for all players. You will gather and empty trash, fallen branches, and palm leaves to maintain a clean and appealing environment. Operating specialized turf equipment, you'll mow greens, fairways, tee boxes, and roughs, setting up the course with cups and tee markers for daily play and tournaments. Your responsibilities will also include repairing and maintaining the driving range tee area, mowing and edging around tee boxes and cart paths, and weed-eating near ponds. Additionally, you'll assist with irrigation repairs, rake sand bunkers, and trim trees and shrubs that might interfere with the game.

After a productive day, you'll clean and store equipment, while also being flexible to perform other duties as assigned, all contributing to an enjoyable golf experience in Pharr, TX.
