Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience selling data management technologies.
- Experience in supporting database aspects of customer migrations or enterprise.
Preferred qualifications:
- 12 years of experience promoting C-level enterprise customers.
- Experience with core infrastructure, enterprise, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with database technology stacks and deployment options in the cloud.
- Ability to build relationships and work in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
- Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a start to finish business and customer transformation aligned.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be leading go-to-market strategies and business engagements, managing focused business campaigns, and providing feedback to Product and Global Solutions Teams to inform our product solutions roadmap. You will serve as a solution executive within the direct enterprise business organization. You will be the trusted advisor to C-level customers and their executives to help shape their cloud and Databases strategy, and enable digital transformation. You will focus on helping customers improve their productivity with our products to make their organizations more productive, collaborative, and available to their customers.

For US Candidates: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Consult with our customers to identify appropriate Google Databases solutions, joint development, or developing opportunities.
- Work with Product Management teams to accelerate market adoption and solution alignment with enterprise customer requirements.
- Manage Databases workloads within assigned solutions and region.
- Lead field teams and Databases counterparts to motivate demand, accelerate execution, and bring real digital transformation to life through Google’s Databases Platform.
- Scale capability, execution, and experience through Product, Developing, and Partner teams, and motivate customer success through prescriptive activation of internal and external teams.
