A Sneak Peek of Your Role
The Go-to-Market Data Analyst will support key cross-functional initiatives by providing actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, enhance sales performance, increase customer retention, and drive business growth. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills and an understanding of the full customer journey with an emphasis on the marketing funnel and attribution tracking. The Go-to-Market Data Analyst will be the driving force for guiding strategic business decisions within the go-to-market team of marketing, sales, and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness across various channels.
- Provide insights into the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Track and report on marketing attribution to understand how different touchpoints contribute to conversions and sales.
- Monitor sales pipeline health, track deal velocity, and report on key metrics to inform sales strategies and resource allocation.
- Analyze customer usage data to flag potential upsell opportunities, product adoption issues, and churn risks.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on key metrics and to support strategic-decision making based on data insights provided.
Who You Are
- Must Haves:
- Self-starter, resourceful, problem-solver with outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working across multiple stakeholders and departments.
- Ability to analyze, synthesize and leverage complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to present key data in alignment with the overall strategy.
- Understanding of multiple data-housing systems and how to extract and aggregate the most important data points from each to build a story.
- Experience in translating data into business value by proactively identifying business gaps, potential red flags, or actions leading to success.
- High level of proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar tools).
- Nice-to-Haves:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis within a go-to-market organization, with a focus on marketing operations.
- Familiarity with sales pipeline management and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
- Experience with marketing analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

Base Compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000
