A valued client of ours (great company culture) is looking for an Electrical Project Manager/Estimator for commercial and light industrial projects
Our client is seeking an electrical project manager/estimator capable of bidding projects and managing them.

Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:
- Determine the scope of work by reviewing bid documents and attending pre-bid meetings
- Perform accurate takeoffs and quantify estimates.
- Capable of reading engineering drawings, developing practical plans and providing solutions
- Obtain quotes as needed from subcontractors and vendors.
- Determine which vendors and subcontractors to use on the projects.
- Develop a project schedule for each project.
- Safety and quality conscious.
- Maintaining good working relationships with General Contractors and multi-tasking skills are critical.
Electrical Project Manager/Estimator Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience with a proven track record of managing/bidding a wide variety of electrical construction projects -Minimum project values $1M
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Prior electrical field experience, Journeyman or Foreman is a plus
- Must have good experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
- 1 year or more of experience using Accubid, Bluebeam, Conest, or McCormick estimating software or Excel
- Must be coachable and willing to learn the client's business process and methods
- Team player with a positive attitude and is self-motivated.
- Knowledge of construction practices and methods.
