Qualifications:

• Education:
• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biological Systems Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Integrated Science, or related disciplines (0-3 years of industrial experience).
• Required Skills and Experience:
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus team skills, personal character, and ethics.
• Hands-on problem-solving approach and ability to analyze issues from multiple perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, people).
• Enthusiasm, confidence, and initiative.
• Ability to work ~8 AM–5 PM Mon-Fri, occasionally longer or until 10:30 PM (~2-3 weeks/year). Beta Lactam required (no known allergy).
• Heavily Preferred Experiences:
• cGMP environment experience.
• Prior co-op or internship in industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for sterile manufacturing processes (data analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, report writing, shop-floor support).
• Support change control implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different levels.
• Learn new processes and procedures; occasional shift work as needed.
• Conduct technical investigations and analyses; recommend and implement CAPAs.
• Write, review, and improve procedures for equipment and processes.
• Contribute to process and equipment safety reviews.

• Looking for strong collaboration, communication, and flexibility.
• Preferred: Relevant co-ops or manufacturing experience, exposure to CAPA, deviations, technical writing, change control.
