Role Overview:

Could you be our next Procurement Intern? We are currently seeking a Procurement Intern to join the Globe Life team for Summer 2025!

In this internship role, you will work in a team environment that is high growth, fast moving, and constantly changing. As a procurement intern, you will assist in driving managing controls that create efficiencies for the team and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement while being part of an environment where team members can grow, learn, do their best work, and feel appreciated.

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX. 

What You Will Do:

• Input data controls into legal contract log.
• Build metrics in Excel based on updated data input into the legal contract log.
• Make recommendations for improvements of the input log and other reporting functions.
• Make updates to OneTrust (software tool) as needed.
• This position interacts with other members of the team.
• Work an 'on-site' office model within the encouraged work hours and schedule including required meetings and timely attendance.
• Work performed primarily in an office environment, consisting of light to moderate physical activity, including use of computer, telephone and/or other office equipment.
• All team members must adhere to Globe’s mission statement, core values, and company policies and customer service standards.

• Demonstrated experience communicating strategies and results to all levels of the organization.
• Experience communicating on the application of supplier diversity principles.
• Ability to collaborate and drive difficult decisions among business partners.
• Supplier development.
