Role Overview:

Could you be our next LNL Sales Intern? We are currently seeking a LNL Sales Intern to join the Globe Life team for Summer 2025!

In this internship role, you will Gain hands-on professional experience while working alongside sales department executives in the life insurance business at Globe Life Liberty National Division. Learn how a sales organization is run through interaction with executives, technology, salespeople, and support staff. Participate in projects designed to improve sales, agent retention, and compensation. Assist with Globe Life University, our in-house leadership academy, preparations, and execution to ensure the department goals and objectives are achieved. Internship also includes a leadership development course with the Senior Director of Sales Innovation and Technology.

This is an on-site position located in McKinney, TX.

What You Will Do:

• Ability and willingness to perform clerical functions as needed.
• Willingness to learn different areas within the organization.
• Work on different projects within the department as well as team projects.
• Back up other team members during vacations and/or leaves of absence.
• Assigned Group Project with interns from other departments.
• Special assigned projects by department leaders.
• Lunch with CEOs. 
• Intern Mixer (Dallas Regional Chamber).
• Texas Rangers game in the Globe Life Suite.

What You Can Bring:

• Must have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor degree program (Business or related field).
• We seek candidates who have excellent analytical skills, a focus on results, the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Qualified candidates must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, effective teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly assess problems and find workable solutions.
• Must have strong Microsoft office skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA (Official Transcript May be Requested).
• Have the ability to work 40 hours per week June 3, 2024 – July 26, 2024.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident.
