Job Description:

As the Overseas Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of our international warehouse facilities. Your role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting both customer demands and business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, e-commerce, and project management, to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in warehouse operations. In this position, you will also play a key role in scaling our warehouse operations as the company expands, ensuring alignment with global strategies and adapting to evolving market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseas Warehouse Management：

Lead the day-to-day operations of the overseas warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes.

Establish and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain optimal warehouse performance.

E-commerce and Independent Site Operations：

Manage e-commerce platform operations and independent website activities, including product listing, order processing, and promotional campaigns.

Optimize processes for cross-border logistics and supply chain management.

WMS Software Proficiency:

Oversee the implementation and daily use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and real-time tracking.

Maintain and update WMS configurations as per operational requirements.

Project Management:

Lead and support the execution o

new projects related to warehouse expansion, process improvements, and system upgrades.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project rollouts.

Reporting and Presentations:

Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics, operational efficiency, and inventory levels.

Present insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in managing overseas warehouse operations, with a strong understanding of international logistics and cross-border e-commerce.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and independent sites, with a focus on order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.

Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.

Strong project management skills, capable of leading and coordinating multiple initiatives.

Excellent reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export regulations, and customs compliance.

Familiarity with ERP and inventory management systems, as well as advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

Proven ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred, given the nature of the role and the need to liaise with international partners.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges and continuous improvement.
