We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Global Training Program Manager to join our team. This role will focus on educating and empowering our regional education teams and sales organization on the benefits, usage, and best practices related to coronary and peripheral drug eluting balloons. Additionally, as the Cordis coronary and peripheral portfolio expands this role will drive educational deliverables for field readiness and launch execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical devices, particularly in interventional cardiology or vascular therapy.
Responsibilities:- Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs specifically focused on drug eluting balloons, including clinical applications, product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality training materials such as presentations, videos, manuals, and e-learning modules that cater to various learning styles and ensure clarity and engagement.
- Facilitation and Platform: Support interactive training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for internal sales teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development and scalable platform that enables training of direct and indirect teams.
- Performance Assessment: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and sales performance metrics; continuously refine training strategies to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs, to stay updated on product developments and ensure training content reflects the latest information and compliance standards.
- Field Support: Provide on-site support during product launches and critical sales meetings, assisting sales representatives in real-time with product demonstrations and customer interactions.
- Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, clinical data, and competitive landscape related to drug coated balloons to enhance training relevance and effectiveness.
- Global Coordination: Collaborate with regional trainers to ensure that training programs are tailored to local market needs and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field (Master’s or advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in medical device sales, clinical education, or training, specifically in the cardiovascular or vascular space.
- In-depth knowledge of drug coated balloons and their applications in interventional procedures.
- Proven ability to create and deliver engaging training programs and materials.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital training platforms and e-learning tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to training.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and adapt methods accordingly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
