Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Global Trade Compliance Systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the functional processes and business rules surrounding global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Global Trade Compliance Systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Understand and document business processes and rules related to global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
- Lead the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select the most suitable global trade compliance system.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements and functional processes for the selected system.
- Utilize expertise in business process to optimize operations in the areas of global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
- Apply organizational change management principles to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems or processes.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for multiple projects to ensure the system meets business needs and operates as expected.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the field of Global Trade Compliance Systems.
- Extensive knowledge of the functional processes and business rules around global trade compliance and restricted party screening.
- Experience in implementing Global Trade Compliance Systems.
- Strong skills in creating RFPs and defining business requirements and functional processes.
- Background in organizational change management.
- Experience leading UAT for multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
