About the Job
Summary
The Global System Administrator will manage internal IT systems for Rio Bravo Systems, which has
locations in Mexico and the US. This position is responsible for overseeing end-user support, performing
system maintenance, and consolidating systems between Mexico and the US. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Monitor incoming internal tickets in ServiceNow and troubleshoot escalated items
Complete user technical onboarding and offboarding tasks
Manage all user endpoints in Microsoft InTune
Administrate all physical and virtual server infrastructure
Maintain Disaster Recovery best practices
Consolidate multiple Office 365 instances into a single instance
Track internal IT assets and licensing
Assist our SOC in enforcing security compliance and best practices
Administrate system Change Requests
Take ownership of IT/Position-related ISO processes
Assist in evaluation of new infrastructure/tools for different areas (Sciforma, Basecamp, Remote
support tool, etc.)
Requirements
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
5+ years of experience in a system administration role
Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure
Active Directory)
Experience with administration of Microsoft 365 technologies such as Sharepoint, OneDrive,
InTune, and Exchange
Familiar with supporting macOS user devices
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud Computing Services
Understanding of basic network concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Familiar with VMware virtualization technologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with other IT team members and
stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
