About the Job
Job Description:
- Have senior-level experience in customer service, preferably with five or more years of experience in direct customer contact.
- Have advanced technical knowledge and expertise in hardware, software, operating systems, and networking (tier 2 support) to effectively address customer issues.
- Experience working with Analog Audio principles, Digital Audio and DSP, Network technology and architecture, and IT security, Audio over IP, Digital Video terminology and basics of digital video and video streaming, Audio and AV equipment and installations. Analog and digital RF systems, UC Platform knowledge, programming/API skills a plus.
- Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently and empathetically with end-users.
- Proficient in support-related tools such as MS Teams, MS Planner, and IT ticketing tools (e.g. Jira, TOPdesk).
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Thrive working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple support tickets and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
