Vertical Description:
" Create Purchase requisitions and track them to completion.
" Assist purchasing and Retail operations teams with PO changes and updates. Ensure teams are properly submitting purchase requests.
" Invoice reconciliation. Work with Vendors and AP for outstanding invoices. Improve processes.
" Complete NDAs and conduct RFIs
" Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from vendors and develop sound sourcing and business recommendations balancing cost, quality, lead-time, and technical considerations.
" Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage cost changes throughout the lifecycle of the product. Maintain overall contractor relationships and act as single point of contact for all commercial issues.
" Create and manage the facilities contracts.
" Responsible for the selection of vendors and onboarding.
" Work with internal business partners; Finance, Legal, Accounts Payables, Warehouse managers and other cross functional teams on projects.
" Own key supplier relationships and performance, both strategic and tactical, through the entire life cycle of company projects.
" Process service repair and maintenance requests/WOs in the facilities management services platform.
Requirements:
" Bachelor s degree Supply Chain, Finance or related technical field, Relevant work experience in procurement, or supply chain discipline may be considered in lieu of Bachelor s degree. " Must have Indirect Procurement experience, Retail Procurement experience is preferred. " Strong negotiation skills and strategic business experience. " Excellent critical thinking, combined with quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. " Experience conducting bid processes (RFI, RFP, and informal bids), negotiating with vendors, writing contracts, and implementing contracts/ agreements. " Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, work independently, and keep a high level of focus. " Ability to adapt to constantly evolving circumstances and changing organizational requirements. " Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. " Proficient in Excel, Smartsheets, ERP Systems (SAP), Coupa, and Service Channel. " Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and follow-through " A commitment to learning and development that encourages personal and professional growth.
