The Global Supplier Quality Manager will be responsible to develop, improve and maintain Nortech’s Global Management Program to assure a risk-based program that meets both NSI and our customers’ expectations/requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish quality standards, processes, and metrics for evaluating supplier performance.
- Lead activities and meetings related to supplier performance monitoring processes and supplier continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain the global supplier audit schedule
- Evaluate and approve global suppliers to be used throughout Nortech based on risk management supplier audits.
- Oversee Nortech’s Material Compliance Program & Policies (RoHS/REACH/Prop65/PFAS)
- Lead annual Conflict Materials Reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
- 10+ years leading cross functional teams.
- Quality auditing certification(s) including international.
- Well versed in the development and execution of quality management systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others, lead change and negotiate for win/win outcomes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with material compliance regulations (RoHS/REACH/Prop65/PFAS)
- Knowledge of national and international quality standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and/or FDA 21 CFR 820, and NADCAP desired
